Moral Value in Sing to the Dawn (Meraih Mimpi) Movie

Hi met again with me Indra Negara. This time I will share about the moral value of the movie Sing to the Dawn (Meraih Mimpi). I hope you can enjoy it. Ok here we go.


Animated musical film produced by Nia Dinata an adaptation of the novel works SING TO THE DAWN works Minfong Ho from Singapore. Before shown in Indonesia, the film is produced by Infinite Frameworks (IFW), an animation studio based in Batam, has been shown in foreign countries.




synopsis
 
Story opens with the life of Dan (Gita Gutawa) and his brother, Rai (Patton Idol) in the village which is dominated by the power of the landlords, Pairot (Surya Saputra). Pairot always burdening villagers, including Dana family with a very high land tax.
Without any one know, Pairot itself has an evil plan. After giving a high tax burden, he would expel all residents of the village. Pairot intends to build a hotel and casino.
Dana realized his family was experiencing financial problems. So when there is an opportunity to obtain a scholarship through a competition of school, he did not waste it. Because he realized that this is the only chance to fight against the injustice of the landlords.




Moral Values

A dream for some people may just be fantasy or imaginary people. But in this film we are taught to not be afraid to dream, we are free to dream and want something that we want and pursue it to be real.


   "Do not be afraid to dream. Because the dream is to plant a seed of hope and make it come true"
